In response to specific requests made by our members to contribute to knowledge building and the sharing of best practices, EACC has created six Task Forces in the fields of Logistics, Human Resources, US Market Expansion, Compliance and Digital Marketing/Transformation.

These Working Groups are open to active professionals who understand the benefit of sharing best practices across industries, ensuring that there is no silo thinking. Each Working Group meets about every 8 weeks to address strategic issues, share findings and best practices and make mutual recommendations for improvement.
Transport, Logistics and Customs
Optimizing the supply chain and mastering customs issues are significant drivers of productivity and profitability for businesses. In response to these challenges and to requests from companies in the region, the EACC has established a platform for monitoring, exchanging insights and sharing best practices through its Transport, Logistics and Customs Task Force.
US Market Expansion
Designed for companies looking to enter or grow in the U.S. market, this Task Force provides practical guidance and a space for exchange on key business development issues. Discussions cover market entry strategies, business culture, regulatory considerations, go-to-market priorities and the key steps needed to build a successful and sustainable presence in the United States.
HR Talks
This working group offers a space for discussion around the major HR challenges companies face today. Management, recruitment, employee engagement and organizational change are all part of the conversation, with the aim of sharing perspectives and practical approaches.
Compliance
As risk prevention becomes increasingly essential, compliance has become a major challenge for every function within the company and a key pillar in securing business activities.
The stakes are high, and financial, legal and reputational risks are often underestimated. This Task Force aims to encourage exchanges and the sharing of best practices among compliance professionals, in a fully confidential setting.
