On the occasion of Industry 4.0 International Days 2019 – Global Industrie
Virtual reality, additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, big data, IoT… these technologies affect business models, internal organisation and human resources management. During the conference, regional/international companies and experts will share information and good practices that have emerged in industrial companies all over the world, from a technological, economical and human point of view.
About 12 companies, SMEs, intermediate-sized enterprise, and international companies such as Siemens, Staübli, Gravotech and Geprom, will share their experience with the participants and discuss about:
- the importance of rethinking business strategies and business models impacted by these new technologies
- the need to train employees in these new technologies
- and the need to recruit new competences and profiles (e.g.: data scientists…)
