Job Opening: Adjunct Professor



CEFAM (Centre d’Études Franco-Américain de Management) is an international business school located in Lyon, France. Founded in 1986, CEFAM has grown to become the reference for American style business education in France.

CEFAM is currently looking for an adjunct professor to teach an undergraduate course in quantitative techniques, beginning in January 2018.

Course Description: Students will learn how to use quantitative methods in order to provide a strong foundation for making logical decisions in management.

The topics to be covered during the semester include the following:

-The Decision-Making Environment

-Location Decisions

-Financial Decision Making Approaches

-Tools for Project Management

-Linear Programming

-Statistical Quality Control

-Forecasting & Estimating

-Queuing Analysis & Simulation


Desired Skills and Experience:

-Academic and/or professional background in Supply Chain and Statistics

-Doctorate, MBA or master’s degree (BAC +5) in related field

-Experience teaching in an institution of higher education

-Fluent English, native speaker preferred

-Authorization to work in France


Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
